About 15 minutes per vehicle. The OT-1 clips onto the ZASS truck's CAN port — no harness surgery, no firmware changes, no downtime. A 50-truck fleet is typically done within a single shift.
Core telemetry (position, hours, impact) works on most electric forklifts with CAN 2.0B/J1939. Deep integrations — cell-level battery data and OTA driver parameters — are exclusive to ZASS vehicles.
You own 100% of your data. It is stored encrypted (AES-256) in EU and Türkiye data centers, fully GDPR and KVKK compliant. Full export or permanent deletion is available on request, any time.
The OT-1 is built for offline resilience: it buffers up to 72 hours of data locally and syncs compressed batches when connectivity returns. LTE Cat-M1/NB-IoT is designed for deep indoor coverage; facility Wi-Fi can be added as a fallback channel.
Every push is cryptographically signed, validated on the vehicle, and applied only while the truck is in a safe state (stationary). Each change is written to an audit log — who, when, what — and can be rolled back in one click.
