Technology

From forklift to foresight, in four steps.

A look under the hood — the hardware, the data path and the security model that turn raw CAN frames into decisions you can trust.

1

Plug-and-play installation

The OT-1 clips onto the ZASS vehicle's CAN port under the overhead guard. No harness surgery, no firmware changes — 15 minutes per vehicle, tools included.

2

Real-time data acquisition

The unit passively reads every frame on the vehicle network — battery, motors, hydraulics, steering — sampling 200+ parameters continuously without touching vehicle behaviour.

3

Secure cloud transmission

4G/LTE uplink wrapped in TLS 1.3, payloads encrypted with AES-256. Telemetry lands in the OmniTrace cloud in under 200 ms — anywhere on earth. Offline? The OT-1 buffers 72 hours locally and syncs on reconnect.

4

Your command center

Live maps, battery DNA, fault feeds and OTA control — rendered at 120 fps in the Telemetry dashboard, with alerts that find you before problems find your fleet.

Architecture & security.

Enterprise-grade by default — your data, your control, fully GDPR & KVKK compliant.

Edge gateway

The OT-1 decodes ZASS-native and J1939 frames at the edge, compresses and signs every payload before it leaves the truck.

  • Secure boot
  • Signed payloads
  • 72h offline buffer

Real-time cloud

Time-series ingestion with sub-200 ms latency, Redis-backed live streaming and per-tenant data isolation.

  • <200 ms latency
  • Per-tenant isolation
  • 99.97% uptime SLA

Security & compliance

AES-256 at rest and in transit, TLS 1.3 uplink, EU + Türkiye data residency, full export and deletion on request.

  • AES-256 · TLS 1.3
  • GDPR & KVKK
  • Full data ownership
